THE FINE PRINT

Privacy Policy.

NoHypeAI ("we," "us," or "this site") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose - no dense legal jargon, no fine print designed to confuse you.

The only information we ask for directly is your email address, submitted through the newsletter signup form on this site. If you email us with a suggestion or question, we'll also have whatever information you choose to include in that message.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically logs some technical information when you visit - things like your browser type, general location, and which pages you viewed. This is standard server-log data used to keep the site running smoothly, and isn't tied to your identity.

We use your email address for one thing: sending the monthly NoHypeAI newsletter you signed up for. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the service providers who help us run this site, listed below. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.

Your email address is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. This site is hosted on Vercel. Both are established providers with their own security practices; we don't have access to anything beyond what's needed to run this site.

This site may display ads served through Google AdSense. If and when ads are active, Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can review or adjust how Google personalizes ads at Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). We don't control third-party ad cookies directly - that's between you and Google.

Beyond ad cookies, if and when they're active, we don't currently use tracking or analytics cookies of our own.

NoHypeAI is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in every email. You can also email us to ask what information we have about you, or to request it be deleted.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
